Our website displays current prices, which are susceptible to change without notice. We can't control manufacturers' price changes. When they update their prices, the prices on our website are updated shortly thereafter.

Orders

Yes, all order and online payment information is secured. We use renowned payment processors such as Stripe and Paypal. All transactions take place on a secure HTTPS server with SSL/TLS protocol to make sure your data is encrypted and protected during payment. In addition, for security reasons, Hobby Ruby does not store any credit card information.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards. We also accept payments via Paypal.

All orders are processed in the order they were received. It is possible that products were no longer available at the time your order was processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory shortage. In such a case, we will refund the order. You will be notified by email if your order has been cancelled.

Shipping

All orders ship from our warehouse in Montreal, Canada. At this time, we only ship orders to domestic addresses within Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We currently do not ship to international addresses.
Within Canada, we offer FREE Standard shipping on most orders over $99 before tax and after discounts (some restrictions apply)*. Free shipping is automatically calculated during checkout. Orders up to $99 before tax and after discounts incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $14.95*.

*Please note that orders shipped to remote areas carry additional shipping charges based on weight and destination. Additionally, select oversized products will not qualify for free shipping. Your order may not be eligible for free shipping in certain cases due to weight or destination, despite “qualifying” for free shipping (I.E. above $99 subtotal). In these specific situations, a member of our customer service team will contact you to provide a shipping quote.

Most regular orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping. Once your order is processed and ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
The estimated delivery time for Standard shipping to Canada is 2-10 business days after the order leaves our warehouse***. For remote areas, delivery may take up to 14 business days***.

***Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the destination location and the selected shipping carrier. Shipping carriers may experience delays related to weather conditions and high-volume periods such as the holidays which are beyond Pharma Clover's control. Please note that estimated delivery times are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.

Yes, once your order is processed and ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

To check the status of your package, enter the tracking number on the carrier's website (UPS or Canada Post). Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. It is possible that the shipping carrier is experiencing delays related to weather conditions and high-volume periods. You can use the tracking number we provided by email to track your package online.

If your delivery estimate has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us by phone (1-514-547-1554) or by email ([email protected]) with your order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns & Refunds

Yes. We want to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. To guarantee a pleasant shopping experience, Pharma Clover offers a full refund or exchange for items that are returned within 30 days of the delivery date (some restrictions apply)**.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in good condition, unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Please note that not all items are eligible for a refund and/or exchange. The following products are considered “final sale” and exempt from being returned:

  • Face masks
  • Perishable items such as food
  • Personal care and intimate products
  • Cosmetics
  • All clearance items
  • Gift cards

Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days after we have received and inspected your return. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
